    Chef Roe, originally from Arizona, embarked on her hospitality journey during high school. After graduating, she pursued culinary education and earned a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. She honed her skills at top-notch restaurants in Flagstaff before relocating to Portland in 2016. The Pacific Northwest's abundance and charm sparked her creativity. Her culinary style reflects a blend of old world traditions, simplicity, and vibrant, fresh flavors.

Bar Manager, Joshua Wilford

    Joshua has been in the restaurant industry for the past two decades. His tenure includes leadership roles at bourbon bars in the Kentucky region and half a decade at the iconic Multnomah Whiskey Library. Always looking for opportunities to learn, Joshua became a review writer for The Whiskey Wash in early 2023. He holds certifications from The Wine & Spirit Education Trust and The Filson Historical Society in Louisville, KY. Joshua is currently the Bar Manager of Grand Amari and Little Bitter Bar within the Hotel Grand Stark in Portland, Oregon.
